On September 19, 2019, a 57-year-old St. Charles, IL resident was driving his motorcycle eastbound on Peck Road in St. Charles, IL, when he was struck by a bus driver that pulled in front of him. The driver of the bus contended that the plaintiff was speeding while he was driving his motorcycle.
The plaintiff was an IT professional who sustained a comminuted fracture of the lateral tibial plateau, displaced fracture of the left clavicle, concussion with a closed head injury, contusions of the lung, and multiple left-side rib fractures. The plaintiff has made a good recovery and is back to jogging daily.
