$3,750,000 Medical Malpractice Recovery for Surgical Delay at a Local Hospital

Napleton & Partners recovered $3,750,000 for the family of a man who was injured due to a surgical delay at a Local Hospital. The man came to the hospital with a cervical spine injury that required neurosurgical intervention within 24 hours to provide him with the best chance of recovery, but the surgery was delayed due to equipment issues at the hospital. He passed away about two years after his injury occurred. The man and his family were represented by Brion Doherty and Brad Schulman of Napleton & Partners.
