Brion Doherty, Bob Napleton, and Patrick Giese obtained a $5.5 million settlement at the outset of trial on behalf of a man who suffered several serious injuries after his aerial lift tipped over. The plaintiff alleged that the defendant manufacturer failed to have adequate warnings related to the use of its vertical lift outdoors, and alleged the repair/maintenance company failed to maintain the stability arms of the vertical lift properly.
