Brian C. Fetzer received his legal education at Northwestern University School of Law, receiving his Juris doctorate (cum laude) in 1975. He has been actively involved in civil litigation, principally medical negligence cases since that time. Mr. Fetzer has handled numerous civil trials and tried over 100 jury cases to verdict in both State and Federal courts. He has frequently lectured on Tort Civil Practice and Trial Strategy issues for several associations and has written for various journals.
Mr. Fetzer has won multiple honors; The Best Lawyers in America has recognized him since 2006. He received the Trial Lawyers Excellence Award from the Jury Verdict Reporter in 2010. He is a member of the Society of Trial Lawyers, the American College of Trial Lawyers and he was elected a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers in 2008.
