Zachary A. Kutsulis

Zachary A. Kutsulis is an experienced trial attorney with substantial experience handling catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and product liability matters. Zak brings a unique perspective to Napleton & Partners, having previously represented healthcare providers, medical professionals, and product manufacturers in a wide range of complex litigation matters. His experience representing defendants provides him with valuable insight into the strategies and defenses employed by opposing counsel, which he applies to effectively advocate for his clients.

Zak grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, where he attended Providence Catholic High School. He went on to attend the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a B.A. and played varsity baseball for four years.

Zak received his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. While in law school, he worked for a prominent Chicago plaintiff’s personal injury firm, gaining valuable experience representing individuals who had suffered serious injuries. He also had the distinction of serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Theresa Lazar Springmann, then-Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.

At Napleton & Partners, Zak draws upon his extensive litigation experience and commitment to client advocacy to pursue favorable outcomes for his clients. He is dedicated to providing each client with thoughtful, strategic, and results-driven representation.

Zak is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
