Michael has litigated across the country including Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, Wyoming, Colorado, and Hawaii. He believes that results matter and that is why it is his goal to ensure that each of his clients recovers the full value of their injuries. To reach this end he dedicates a tremendous amount of time, energy and focus to each case. His hard work, dedication, and commitment to detail, have resulted in millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He secured a $7.25 million dollar settlement on behalf of an individual rendered a paraplegic in a commercial trucking crash, and $2 million dollar settlement for a woman struck by a charter bus at O’Hare.
Michael was born and raised in the north suburbs of Chicago where he attended Loyola Academy. After graduating from the University of Dayton in 2000, he attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law where he earned his Law Degree in 2003. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and Illinois State Bar Association. Michael has been recognized by Illinois Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in 2010, 2011, and 2012 and as a “Super Lawyer” in 2026.
