Napleton & Partners obtained $1,350,000 from a Chicago-area hospital on behalf of a man who sustained injury and weakness in his extremities after the hospital physicians failed to provide him with proper cervical protection upon arrival at the emergency room. He alleged that had such protection been provided sooner, he could have avoided the injury. Brion W. Doherty represented the family.
