Napleton & Partners attorneys recovered $2,850,000 on behalf of a man who fell from the trailer of his flatbed truck in the loading area of a warehouse and sustained a head injury. It was claimed that the warehouse had insufficient safety measures in place to prevent the fall and that his employers failed to provide appropriate training related to securing cargo to the flatbed trailer.
